Estimated shipping times
Canada: 1-8 business days. United States: 5-8 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Peak holiday seasons can delay shipment times. A tracking number is emailed to you at the time of shipment.
All items ship from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
USA – Tracked shipping via UPS. Note that we cannot ship to a PO box.
Canada – Tracked shipping via Canpar, Loomis, Purolator, Fed Ex or UPS. The courier chosen depends on the item being shipped and which courier we deem most cost effective. Note that we cannot ship to a PO box.
Lost or damaged items
For a lost or damaged item contact email@example.com. A claim for a damaged item will be initiated by us by contacting the courier (Canada Post or USPS). They will contact you by email with a request for photos of the damaged item and packaging. No replacement will be shipped until you’ve replied to the courier with the information that they require.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
