- After final approval of your design, your pet memorial lantern will take 2 to 5 business days to complete.
- If no mock-up is requested, it will take 2 to 5 business days to complete.

- Canada - Tracked shipping via Canpar, Loomis, Purolator, Fed Ex, or UPS. The courier chosen depends on the item and your location. Note that we cannot ship to a PO box. Shipping will take 2 - 10 days, depending on your proximity to our studio.
- USA - Tracked shipping via UPS. Shipping will take 5 to 8 days. Note that we cannot ship to a PO box.
